The mission of Southeastern Developmental Services, Inc., is to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their local communities, helping them achieve their fullest potential in vocational opportunities and integrated living while becoming integral and responsible members of their communities. 

To achieve this mission, we strive to attract and retain honest, skilled, and dedicated employees. We measure the success of Southeastern Developmental Services by the success of our employees and the individuals we serve.
