Residential - Direct Support Provider - PRN

Position Overview: 

This position provides direct supervison, care of, and training for the Developmentally Diasabled in the residence and possibly day program as well. The employee is responsible for personal care services, behavior maintenance, housekeeping, transportation, cooking, and paperwork associated with the residential program. This position will assist in organizing and executing community outings for the residents in the home. The employee may also be responsible for teaching day program groups, assisting with day program activities, and day program outings. 

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age, high school diploma, Valid drivers license with acceptable record, acceptable criminal background check, acceptable negative drug test, attend and pass all required training. 

Day Program Direct Support Provider - Part Time

Position Overview: 

This position provides direct supervision, care of and training for the Developmentally Disabled at the day program site and in the community. The employee is responsible for personal care services, behavior maintenance, transportation, cooking, and paperwork associated with the day program. This position will assist in organizing and executing community outings for the individuals in the day program. The employee will also be responsible for teaching day program groups and facilitating activities while at the day program site. 

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age, high school diploma, Valid drivers license with acceptable record, acceptable criminal background check, acceptable negative drug test, attend and pass all required training. 

Vocational Staff - Part time

Position Overview: 

This position provides direct supervision, care of and training for the Developmentally Disabled in the Vocational Program. The employee is responsible for transportation and paperwork associated with the vocational program. This position will assist in organizing and executing contract work within the community such as yard cleanup, janitorial, parking lot clean, car detailing, can crushing, painting, moving, and more alongside the individuals involved in the Vocational Department. 

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age, high school diploma, Valid drivers license with acceptable record, acceptable criminal background check, acceptable negative drug test, attend and pass all required training.
